A way of working in which everything and everyone in the organisation focuses on creating added value for the customer in all processes. It is an approach towards sustainable process improvement. From a one-off piece of furniture to a complete interior, all according to the LEAN philosophy. Wastage is not an issue with us, we don't incur unnecessary costs you don't want to pay for. The LEAN philosophy is based on a production system whose effect has been proven in terms of quality, safety, flexibility and cost reduction.
We apply these 5 steps in the LEAN philosophy:
Determine the value of processes from the client's point of view
Identify the value stream of all value-adding actions in a process while eliminating potential waste
Ensure that all steps in a production process fit together seamlessly
Involve the client in the process, work together
