Barefoot chic... soon at the Art Hotel in Curaçao

Work is in full swing for the magnificent Art Hotel in Curaçao. In the monumental ‘Pietermaai’ district of Willemstad, a beautiful boutique design hotel with 39 rooms is arising right by the sea. The design is by Studio Piet Boon and our company De Projectgroep is doing the complete internal implementation and furnishing. We are proud to show a rendered photo here for a very small impression of what it will look like in the near future. The opening is planned for the end of this year.

With Bij Blaauw, Scuba Lodge and soon the Art Hotel, the authentic part of ‘Pietermaai’ will have a ‘luxury boutique by the sea’ ambience.

The future Art Hotel will draw attention with its unusual contemporary architecture. The hotel will feature artworks by local artists. ‘Barefoot chic’ is what the proud owners call the atmosphere and feel of the hotel and hospitality facilities. It plays with the textured walls and warm colours, creating a friendly ‘easy beach’ feel. 

The hotel will also have an in-house restaurant and an infinity pool. This will be relaxation at its finest for guests soon.
