In the former nurses' quarters of Oudenrijn Hospital, there is now room for 110 apartments. The building consists of two towers and is located in Utrecht. In 2017, the construction of 14 additional apartments on the ground floor - between the two towers - began. These have already been completed and are now inhabited.
De Projectgroep is responsible for the design and furnishing of these 14 apartments. The interior is cozy and executed in a warm style, so that as soon as you enter one of the apartments, you immediately get that "home" feeling. We have equipped all the homes with everything necessary, from dishes to bedding to a television. The entire package has been delivered as a complete solution.
