We are proud and enthusiastic about the trust we have received to devise and implement the complete metamorphosis of the entire establishment. Both the restaurant and the brasserie and the lovely terrace under the old plane trees in the courtyard of De Rechtbank. Located in the beautiful, centuries-old monumental justice building - next to the Dom Tower in the center of Utrecht.
In 1054, the Romanesque Paulus Abbey - a Benedictine monastery - was founded on this land. After the Reformation, the monastery buildings were used for many years as a court where Lady Justice administered justice.
Here is the completely renovated restaurant of De Rechtbank with the different areas in a larger space. Private dining in a closed room that is also part of the whole... called 'The Supreme Court'.
A nice corner has also been created for late bites or just a drink.
The result is certainly impressive!
